Curious what life at Outdoor Resort Indio is really like? Come spend an afternoon with us.

Join us for a relaxed, resort-wide open house and walking tour. Stroll the grounds, explore a variety of RV lot styles—including pergola lots, classic lots, casitas, privacy lots, and golf course view properties—and get a genuine feel for the ORI lifestyle. Owners and volunteers will be throughout the resort to answer questions and share what makes this community special.

And as a bonus, Marathon Coach will have several ultra-luxury motorcoaches on display. Step inside and see what the top tier of the industry looks like—these coaches are in the $3 million range and are truly something to experience.

2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Please park in the designated staging area. Volunteers will assist with golf cart transportation as needed. The Members Lounge will serve as your starting point—stop in to pick up a map, meet members of the community, and get oriented before you begin your tour.

Open House Viewing Guide

• Red ribbon: Lot is for sale and open to walk and view

• Blue ribbon: Lot is open to view but not currently for sale

• No ribbon: Please enjoy from the street, as the lot may be occupied
