Renter’s Night at the ORI Clubhouse: A Warm Welcome to a New Season

Pete and Linda hosted the second official Renter’s Night Social of the season, and even with ORI still early in its winter rhythm, the evening was a great success. With the resort at roughly 15% renter occupancy, we were thrilled to welcome a wonderful mix of current renters, and ORI owners for a relaxing evening at the new clubhouse.

The goal of Renter’s Night is simple: create a relaxed, friendly place where renters can get connected, ask questions, meet others, and feel right at home in the Outdoor Resort Indio community. And once again, the clubhouse atmosphere delivered—full of good conversation, laughter, and new connections.

We were joined by several members of the broader ORI family, including ORI Board representatives, our always-incredible Resort Hosts, the ORI Front Office Manager, Robin, and other supportive community members who stopped by to say hello and welcome everyone.

A huge thanks to all who attended and helped make the night special. We’re excited to keep this tradition going—see you again in two weeks for the next Renter’s Night!
