CLUBHOUSE REMODEL UPDATE AND LOTS UNDER CONSTRUCTION: END OF MAY
Efforts turned to the Owner's Lounge shutters this week at Outdoor Resort Indio as a team of dedicated volunteers stepped in to sand and prep the large wood panels for refinishing. These shutters are a signature feature of the lounge, and their restoration is part of the ongoing clubhouse remodel. While the sanding dust settled, progress continued behind the scenes—vendors are currently being interviewed and selected for the upcoming café demolition and bathroom tile installation.
