In this mid-summer construction update, we take you inside the clubhouse where progress continues with the framing of three new storage areas in the ballroom, tile installation climbing the bathroom walls, and demolition underway in the future indoor café space. Plus, ADA compliance improvements are now complete. In the second half of the video, we shift focus to exciting upgrades across the resort, showcasing new casitas, privacy walls, and other custom improvements taking shape on owners’ RV lots. Watch as the pergola on Lot 410 comes down, marking the start of an exciting transformation at Outdoor Resort Indio! In this video, demolition crews clear three side-by-side lots—taking them down to the dirt in preparation for the build of brand-new luxury casitas. Located in sunny Indio, California, ORI is a premier Class A motorcoach resort where owners are creating custom spaces that reflect the ultimate RV lifestyle.

Watch as two full days of deconstruction unfold: bathrooms are stripped down to the studs, carpeting and sound baffles come down, and the tops of the clubhouse bars are removed. Outside, new materials are staged and ready for the next phase. Over in the Owners' Lounge, the carpet is gone, walls are prepped for upgraded TV and sound wiring, and the old entertainment center is on its way out. You'll even catch a glimpse of new paint and stain being tested on beams and walls as the vision for the updated space starts to take shape.

Clubhouse Clean-Out Kicks Off Renovation at ORI On April 9th, volunteers at Outdoor Resort Indio came together to clear out the clubhouse, filling containers with salvageable items and prepping for the exciting remodel ahead. It was a rewarding day of teamwork and community spirit—just one more reason ORI is a standout luxury RV destination. Stay tuned for more updates!

Winter is simply better in the desert—and nowhere is that more obvious than during Glow Golf night at Outdoor Resort Indio. While folks elsewhere are bundling up against cold and rain, ORI residents are lighting up the fairways with laughter, color, and creativity.

On a beautiful day with a perfect breeze, eight dedicated owners at Outdoor Resort Indio came together to respectfully retire and replace the American and Canadian flags. A week earlier, it was noticed that the Canadian flag was beginning to show signs of wear. Thanks to the quick action of the HOA management, new flags were ordered within the hour. When the need for replacement was brought to one of the owners' attention, he joined forces with fellow owners—representing both Canada and the United States—to organize a thoughtful and respectful ceremony. A heartfelt thank you goes out to the ORI owners who took the initiative to ensure this important task was handled with care, dignity, and pride. Your attention to detail and dedication to honoring both nations is truly appreciated.

Outdoor Resort Indio welcomed guests in style this Thursday, opening its gates to showcase over 80 stunning luxury RV lots. From classic lots with charming BBQ kitchens to high-end pergolas with luxury upgrades and mind-blowing casitas, there was something for every RV enthusiast to admire. Visitors enjoyed delicious complimentary beer and hot dogs, while the night came alive with dancing and incredible live music by The Billies, a fantastic band from Redding.
