ORI Market Update
As we move into mid-summer, temperatures at Outdoor Resort Indio are consistently topping 100 degrees. While activity naturally slows during the off-season, that doesn’t mean things come to a halt.
We’re still giving one or two property tours each week—and we’re excited to report that many of the people visiting already have a strong understanding of ORI thanks to our online videos and digital content. We’ve also seen an increase in prospects discovering the resort through our expanded marketing efforts, including YouTube, MLS, Google Ads, and more.
ORI Insights
We recently pulled data from our title company to identify where our current ORI owners are coming from. While we didn’t receive every record, we gathered most of them—giving us valuable insights to better target future marketing efforts.

In June and early July, we saw strong interest from bargain hunters focused on lots priced at $100,000 and under. Now, thanks to increased outreach, we’re beginning to see inquiries at all price points—a positive sign of broader interest returning to the market.
What We're Doing to Increase Visibility at ORI
THE NEWSLETTER
Our monthly newsletter has grown to over 400 subscribers, including current ORI owners, renters, and new prospects interested in the resort. It’s become a vital tool in keeping everyone connected and informed.
THE RENTAL MARKETING PROGRAM
Our new rental advertising campaign is complete and will begin rolling out in the next two weeks. Why is this important? Historically, over 30% of renters go on to become buyers. This initiative is designed to increase exposure and bookings, and you’ll now see links to rental opportunities in our sales newsletters—and vice versa. This cross-marketing effort benefits everyone at ORI.
MLS LISTINGS
We’re committed to giving your luxury RV property the broadest exposure possible—including through the MLS. While not traditionally used in RV lot sales, MLS syndication now distributes listings across top platforms like Realtor.com, Homes.com, and others via ListHub. We've already seen results—one recent sale and several qualified inquiries came directly from MLS marketing. It may go against the grain in our niche, but we believe in exploring every opportunity to get your property sold.
As we move through the summer, we’re encouraged by the steady stream of interest and the positive results from our expanded marketing efforts. While the market remains competitive and buyers are selective, we’re seeing momentum build. With increased visibility, strategic outreach, and a strong rental-to-buyer pipeline, we’re setting the stage for a successful season ahead.
