Ribbon Cutting at the Outdoor Resort Indio Clubhouse

On Tuesday, February 11, 2026, Outdoor Resort Indio celebrated a long-anticipated milestone with the official ribbon cutting for the newly reopened clubhouse—marking the culmination of a renovation project that began last spring. The ceremony was both joyful and deeply moving, as longtime owners reflected on the resort’s evolution and newcomers experienced firsthand the heart of what makes ORI so special: its people.

The clubhouse renovation was truly a labor of love, made possible by the dedication of countless ORI volunteers who worked tirelessly to see the project completed on time and on budget. Their commitment and pride in the community were evident throughout the event.

One of the most touching moments came as attendees watched a beautifully crafted video which captured not only the transformation of the clubhouse but also the strong bonds and shared spirit that define life at ORI. There were many tears—and just as many smiles—as the room reflected on how far the community has come together.

Glasses were raised in a heartfelt toast to the volunteers and the collective effort that brought the project to life, followed by a short speech from and the official ribbon cutting. It was a fitting celebration for a space that once again stands as the social heart of the resort.
