CLUBHOUSE UPDATE: The Clubhouse Remodel Begins - April 5, 2025

Exciting changes are underway at Outdoor Resort Indio! In this behind-the-scenes look, we take you inside the early stages of the clubhouse renovation. The stage floor is being prepped, old tile is coming out, debris is being cleared, and the bathrooms have been taken down to the studs. This ambitious remodel is all part of ORI’s ongoing commitment to elevating the resort experience for our vibrant Class A motorcoach community. The project is on track for a grand reveal just in time for the start of next season—and we can’t wait to share the transformation with you!

Watch as two full days of deconstruction unfold: bathrooms are stripped down to the studs, carpeting and sound baffles come down, and the tops of the clubhouse bars are removed. Outside, new materials are staged and ready for the next phase. Over in the Owners' Lounge, the carpet is gone, walls are prepped for upgraded TV and sound wiring, and the old entertainment center is on its way out. You'll even catch a glimpse of new paint and stain being tested on beams and walls as the vision for the updated space starts to take shape.
